Information sharing and  consultation seminar

On Tuesday 6 October 2009, John McNeill the Police Complaints Commissioner for Scotland delivered a keynote speech at an Information Sharing & Consultation Seminar in front of an invited audience of representatives from police, policing bodies and authorities.

The guest speaker Richard Walter from NHS Lothian presented an overview of complaints handling in the NHS and how the organisation engages with different groups.
